ClubLadder

More than 250 clubs are making use of the clubladder app, a new way to connect members to play squash.

About

More than 250 clubs are making use of the clubladder app, a new way to connect members to play squash. For example, at Squash City in Amsterdam we manage the largest squashladder in the world with 280 active members playing an average of 8 matches each day. Click here to view the clubladder at Squash City.
How it works:

  • Every 2 weeks we arrange a fun match for you.
  • You choose on which days you like to play.
  • Your initial ranking will be based on you play level.
  • You swap positions if you win from someone ranked higher.
  • Complete ranking rules are here.

Every 2 weeks we arrange matches between members of similar play level. You switch ranks if you win from someone ranked higher. Players select which days and how often they like to play. They can also skip rounds and postpone matches. By pro-actively connecting and activating members, we have become the solution for member retention and improving court occupancy.

How does it work?
We deliver the full service, from member registration to arranging matches and providing promotional material. We take all the work out of your hands. Watch the video on YouTube

Busy September for The Nick Matthew Academy section closed section open

Busy September for The Nick Matthew Academy

It's been a busy month for the Nick Matthew Academy!

September was a busy month for the Nick Matthew Academy players. There has been a hive of activity at the club with the addition of several new professionals at the club working hard day in & day out with Nick and Neil.

With the new season beginning in earnest the players have been busy travelling all over the world playing PSA events. Harry Falconer has been in Hamburg & Moscow, Donna Lobban in China, Hong Kong & San Francisco, and Greg Lobban is currently competing at the US Open in Philadelphia; a tournament where Nick will also be in attendance. There is a plan to create a ‘Pro Board’ near Court 5 to update members on the performances of all of the professionals now based at the club.

It was fantastic to see the success of the season launch ‘Play the Pro’ night in early September. We have a strong 1st team this year and Nick will be available for 2 home matches in October; Wednesday 17th vs. Abbeydale & Wednesday 31st vs. Chapel Allerton. Both matches start at 7.40pm.

Lastly, we would like to take this opportunity to wish Charlotte Jagger the best of luck with her upcoming move to Baltimore. Charlotte will taking up a position with St. Paul’s school which will allow her the flexibility to pursue her professional career at the same time. Good luck Charlotte!

Happy squashing.
The NMA team
